What is Kefoff Pass?
Kefoff Pass is a membership package developed by Kefoff that allows you to enjoy coffee and workspace at Kefoff flexibly and save up to 50%. With each Pass package, you get a certain number of drinks within the validity period without paying separately, and a personalized experience with a few fixed Pass packages. Simply present your membership card when ordering drinks at Kefoff.
Are there any special offers for first-time Kefoff Pass sign-ups?

First-time Kefoff Pass subscribers will be able to purchase the first month at a discounted price, lower than the original price.
From the second month onwards, passes will be charged at the standard price of each package.

What types of Kefoff Pass are available?
Currently, Kefoff offers a variety of passes designed to suit different needs:
- Individual Basic: The basic package, cost-effective for daily beverage consumption.
- Individual Premium: An advanced package with more privileges and benefits.
- Ultimate Pass: The highest package, including all the benefits and advantages of other packages.
- Group Pass: A shared package for groups of 4-8 people, offering greater savings when purchased in groups.
- Student Pass: A special offer package for students with student ID cards.
- Corporate Pass: A special package for businesses and organizations that want to offer exclusive benefits or perks to their employees.
Each type of pass offers different benefits and prices, giving you the flexibility to choose according to your needs.
How do I register for Kefoff Pass?
On your first visit to the cafe after registering, simply present your Kefoff Pass confirmation email to the barista to activate and verify your usage.
On subsequent visits, simply present your physical Kefoff Pass card to the barista, who will deduct the cost from your subscription package.

How long is the Kefoff Pass valid for?
Each Kefoff Pass is valid for 30 days from the date of successful registration.
After the expiration date, any unused drinks will automatically become invalid.
You can renew or purchase a new plan at any time to continue enjoying benefits and a seamless experience at Kefoff.
Can the Kefoff Pass be shared with other people?
No. The individual package is for the Pass holder only and cannot be shared with friends, colleagues, or family. Each drink can only be used by the valid Pass holder, ensuring that benefits and usage limits are not affected.
Will any unused drinks be carried over to the next month?
Currently, the number of drinks in your Pass does not carry over to the next cycle.
Kefoff encourages you to take full advantage of the benefits within the validity period of your Pass for the best experience. If you need more flexibility, you can choose a more suitable plan in the next period.
Can I change or upgrade my password?
Yes. You can upgrade to a different plan while your Pass is still valid. Any price difference (if applicable) will be charged at the time of the upgrade. The benefits of the new plan will be activated immediately, but the validity period will remain the same.
How do I check how many drinks I have left on my Pass?
You can check your remaining drink balance directly on the kefoff.vn website by logging in with your registered Pass account.
The system will display detailed information about the Pass type, remaining uses, and expiration date for your convenience.
