Kefoff's story began over thirty years ago, on a small farm in Gia Lai – a region considered the cradle of Vietnamese coffee. I grew up surrounded by the aroma of freshly roasted coffee every morning, and from that I learned that quality always begins with dedication to each and every coffee bean.
The First Coffee Bean in the City
While studying at university in Saigon, my first part-time job was as a barista in a French-style restaurant. From that small corner behind the bar, I realized: a good cup of coffee can connect people – in the simplest way.
The Journey of a Freelancer
After graduating, I began my freelance journey – moving between different cafes, always searching for a place that felt "just right." Not too rigid like an office, but not too distracting like home. Four years have passed, and I still haven't found a space that truly belongs to me – and to others like me.
From Laptops to Creative Spaces
In 2019, I founded Meowcart, a small creative company that started with a laptop in a co-working space. Now, Meowcart has over 15 members – and Kefoff The Coffee is the next chapter in that journey: a space created by freelancers for the creative community.
