Thank you for choosing Kefoff Pass - a membership package developed by Kefoff the Coffee , helping you enjoy your daily coffee more conveniently and affordably.

By registering for and using the Kefoff Pass, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Introduction to Kefoff Pass

Kefoff Pass is a monthly paid membership package that allows you to enjoy drinks at Kefoff restaurants according to the quantity and benefits specified for each package.

• Each pass is valid for 30 days from the date of successful payment .
  

• Drinks are non-cumulative and non-refundable , unless otherwise specified in Section 7 (Refunds).
  

2. Scope of Application

• Kefoff Pass is for individual customers or groups of friends and colleagues.
  

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
  

• With Student Pass , you need to present a valid student ID card when registering and when redeeming drinks.
  

3. Registration & Payment

• You can register for the Kefoff Pass online at kefoff.vn​
  

• Each account can only be registered using one unique email address or phone number .
  

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or Fundiin (buy now - pay later) .
  

• All payments are non-refundable , except in cases of system errors or duplicate transactions (see Section 7).
  

4. Duration and Validity

• Each pass is valid for 30 days after you successfully pay the full monthly fee.
  

• Your pass doesn't automatically renew unless you opt to renew it during checkout. You can renew, upgrade, or purchase a new plan after it expires.
  

• Any remaining drinks from your Group and Student pass will not carry over to the next month and cannot be redeemed for cash . Kefoff encourages you to use all your drinks within the validity period to fully enjoy the benefits of your Pass.

5. How to use it at the restaurant

• On your first visit to the cafe after registering, simply present your Kefoff Pass confirmation email to the barista for activation and usage confirmation.
  

• On subsequent visits, simply provide the phone number registered with your Pass or present your membership card (if applicable) so the barista can deduct the corresponding number from your package.
  

• The pass is only valid for the beverage category corresponding to the purchased package , and the number of uses cannot exceed the pass's limit .
  

6. Benefits & Limitations

• Scope of application: Currently, Kefoff Pass is only valid at 90 Dao Duy Anh Street, Duc Nhuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City .
  (Scope may be expanded in the future – any updates will be announced on the kefoff.vn website.)
  

• Restrictions: Certain seasonal specials (Seasonal Drinks) or drinks from the Secret Menu may not be included in the basic Pass packages, except for the Ultimate Pass .
  

• Kefoff reserves the right to adjust the pricing and benefits of the Pass packages.
  → All customers who activated their package before the change date will retain their benefits until the end of the cycle .
  

• This pass cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions .
  

7. Refunds & Pass Reservations

• Refund (Transaction Error):
  If a technical error, payment error, or duplicate transaction occurs, Kefoff will refund 100% of the payment value.
  Please contact the hotline within 24 hours of the issue occurring.

• No refunds will be given upon personal request.
  Fees paid are non-refundable for personal reasons or changes in needs.

8. Upgrade or switch plans

• You can upgrade to a different Pass package while your Pass is still valid.
  

• Any price difference (if applicable) will be calculated based on the price at the time of the upgrade.
  

• After the upgrade, the benefits of the new package will be activated immediately , but the validity period of the Pass will remain the same as the original subscription period (it will not be renewed every 30 days).

9. Information security

Kefoff is committed to protecting all your personal information in accordance with Vietnamese law.

• The data is used solely for the purpose of managing members and supporting the service experience.
  

• Kefoff does not store card information or payment data ; transactions are processed through secure payment gateways (Fundiin, banks, etc.).
  

10. Terminate or revoke the Pass

Kefoff reserves the right to suspend or revoke the Pass if any of the following violations are detected:

1. Fraud, falsification of information, or misuse (violation of Article 2 – Scope of Application, or Article 5 – Usage at the establishment).
   

2. Using the Pass beyond the permitted number of uses or giving it to an unauthorized person (violation of Article 5 – How to use at the establishment).
   

3. Failure to make payments or violation of the upgrade/switch policy (violation of Clause 8 – Upgrade or Switch Package).
   

4. Other acts contrary to the provisions in Articles 1 through 9 .

In these cases, Kefoff reserves the right to refuse a refund or compensation .

12. General Terms and Conditions

• Kefoff may update or amend these Terms from time to time. The new version will be published on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
